EXECUTIVE CHEF

Primary Responsibilities:

The Executive Chef is responsible for the overall kitchen operations and culinary talents to include

but not exclusively; leading and managing the entire kitchen team, managing all food related

functions, managing cost, inventory control, and menu planning and execution.

Job Requirements and soft skill preference:

A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Chef, as well as full competency in banqueting for a large

number of guests. A proven track record delivering high quality food and appropriate presentation.

The Executive Chef should be innovative in Caribbean/International cuisine and have the ability to

work with seasonal local produce. Fluency in English (oral and written) is mandatory, ability to

speak French would be an asset. Excellent knowledge of Health & Sanitation (HAACP) would be an

asset.

The Executive Chef is expected to have strong leadership skills including team building, an outgoing

personality, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
