President’s Letter – March 2016

Fellow Chefs and Friends,

I’ve just come back from the Southeast and Northeast Regional ACF Convention, held March 12-15, in Atlanta, Georgia.

It was awesome seeing chefs from all over; catching up with old friends and meeting many new ones. The educational selections were truly amazing – from home brewing with Chef Michael Rigburg to Eating The Enemy (Invasive Lion Fish) with Chef Doos from St. Croix and Chef Gary Klinefelter from Miami. There were also some incredible speakers during general session.
There is so much going on in the ACF that I will share with you at our next monthly meeting on April 11th hosted by Simon Vaz, Business and Hospitality Instructor from Beacon College in Leesburg.
This meeting will be unique and special – come fellowship, learn and support the craft we love so much. I look forward to seeing you there!
