 Sous Chef:

The Florida Elks Youth Camp is looking to hire a FT Sous Chef.

Ideal candidates need to be over 18, be able to pass a level 2 background check, have culinary training, possess knife skills, exhibit leadership ability, have understanding of sanitation and safety procedures, and should be interested in learning and growing as a culinary professional.

Kitchen positions offer on the job training & experience with a wide range of cooking techniques including fine dining and from scratch quantity cooking. Starting salary of $10 per hour. Benefits package available. Work environment is professional within a non-profit community minded organization, with newly renovated state of the art kitchens/equipment. Immediate start. Short Order Cook/Dish Person:

The Florida Elks Youth Camp is looking to hire a part time short order cook/dish room staff person.

Ideal candidates need to be over 18, be able to pass a level 2 background check, have some culinary training or experience, and have understanding of sanitation and safety procedures or willingness to learn.

Kitchen positions offer starting salary of $8-$9 per hour. Work environment is professional within a non-profit community minded organization, with newly renovated state of the art kitchens/equipment.

Pool Staff:

The Florida Elks Youth Camp is looking to build a pool of for per diem/on call culinary employees.

Ideal candidates need to be over 18, be able to pass a level 2 background check, have some culinary training, possess basic knife skills, and have understanding of sanitation and safety procedures or willingness to learn, and should be interested in learning and growing as a culinary professional.

Kitchen positions offer on the job training & experience with a wide range of cooking techniques including fine dining and from scratch quantity cooking. Starting salary of $8-$9 per hour- or internship credit-and potential letter of recommendation, possible consideration for summer camp positions, and for long term staff if positions are open. Work environment is professional within a non-profit community minded organization, with newly renovated state of the art kitchens/equipment. Immediate start.
