October 19th ACF Meeting Leesburg High Culinary Academy

We have a special Demonstration From Chef Dawn Viola C.E.C. from Le Cordon Bleu. Chef Dawn is passionate about healthy eating and nutrition. The meeting is Sponsored By Florida Fresh Meat Market (Jan Costa)

Featuring local organic produce and Chef Jan’s fresh local organic meats.

Hosted by Chef John G Bell C.E.C. C.E. President Gulf To Lakes Chefs and Cooks Association and Leesburg Culinary Academy. Come fellowship with Chefs from all different backgrounds, enjoy incredible unique organic local foods and learn about eating healthy while supporting great local farms.

As chefs we tend to be busy and forget where we started, take a couple hours out of your day meet some great people and an incredible local farmer who raises the finest meat in Florida. Learn from the extremely knowledgeable Nutrition Expert Chef Viola, who I had the pleasure of evaluating and watching achieve Certification as Executive Chef. This is a meeting not to miss.

The culinary arts room is located off of Sumter Street off Highway 27. Coming North, turn left on Sumter; coming South turn right on Sumter. Drive to Parking lot at end where street bears right go into parking lot stay to right away from football field.

Drive towards garbage dumpsters until you come to grass lot. Building is on right when you park.
