Working Chef        Country Inn           North of Chicago.

This Inn is a “hidden jewel” and we are looking for a sous chef who is ready to come in as Chef for this four star country Inn. This is a Farm to Table concept. A la cart Restaurant seating capacity at this time is 65 seats. We are planning to introduce the restaurant to the public, which is used at this time, primarily, for In House guests. There is a strong wedding market with capacity up to 160 people.

We want a win/win attitude from this new chef with a good a sense of humor, great leadership qualities. Must have a culinary artistic and innovative attitude, enjoy growing his/her own herb garden, love pristine Mother Nature, and gives cooking classes in our show kitchen. With out growing, he/she needs to be press savvy. We want this chef to grow with us to become a local celebrity.

Temporary housing will be provided for 30 days in the beginning while settling in looking for housing. This is an historical town without a lot of commercialism. There is skiing, hunting, golfing and fishing.

18 guest rooms     __ four locations, for catering, and corporate function._________

one restaurant on site? Breakfast and Dinner service only at this time.

Salary 50-55K to start with increase up to 70K as business grows.

There is some help with relocation so we prefer candidates who

are within a decent radius of Chicago but open to all locations.
