Our good friends at Rosewood Little Dix Bay in Virgin Gorda are looking for an Executive Sous Chef for their unique resort on one of the most beautiful Islands in the world.  The applicant should be well versed in many different cuisines, especially those from the Mediterranean Cuisine.  The candidate should also have experience working in the Caribbean and fully understand the obstacles of working on a small Island. The resort is open 10 months per year\, but you receive a 12 month contract.
