A special thanks goes out to Chef Hap Hough, CEC, CCE, ACE; Chef Bob Anderson, e5753CEC, CCE, ACE; and Chef Pete Shannon, CEC, ACE for volunteering their time to help others achieve certification.  These three chefs took a week out of the schedule to conduct Practical Cooking Evaluation for our good friends at the Grand Palladium Hotel located in Jamaica. They did a great job under unusual circumstances.
