Job Description:
Responsible for and proficient in menu planning, recipe development andmodifications. Communicating with all levels of military and non-militarypersonnel. Presentation and teaching skills. Ability to write curriculum.Ability to abide by government and contractual obligations as required. Reportsto Project Manager and Food Service Representative.

 

 

Job Requirements:

MUST be a Certified Executive Chef (CEC)

MUST be a Certified Culinary Educator (CCE)

Required Travel – Road Warrior – travel is per set schedule

Position will consist of CONUS/OCONUS travel onboard military relief ships

WORK CONDITIONS:

May include heavy lifting up to 50lbs. Walking up and down narrow staircases.
Position is on a ship and requires a working comfort level and ability to work
in close spaces and adapt to the ship’s constant movement.

PREFERRED:

AFLOAT Experience

Navy or Military Food Management Team experience
