to Chef Adam Mickenberg, CEC, CCA  for completing his certification Culinary Administrator (CCA). Chef Mickenberg is the owner and Corporate Chef for Mickenberg Culinary Consulting Inc.  Becoming a CCA is no easy task; just ask Adam.  He worked very hard to complete this arduous undertaking and we are all very proud of him.
