AjayRCCL logoCongratulations to Chef Ajay Pradhan, CSC® for completing his re-certification as Certified Sous Chef®. Ajay is currently working onboard Royal Caribbean Cruise Line’s  Brilliance of the Seas as Executive Sous Chef. Prior to this , Ajay has worked for two other Cruise Lines companies. Before joining the Cruise Industry, Ajay worked at the Taj Mahal Hotel in Bombay , India, where he joined as a trainee after graduating from the Institute Of Hotel Management and Catering Technology , Bombay. Chef Ajay, we are all were proud of you for continuing your professional education and being a mentor for others.
